Who we are

Information you share

When you enquire, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, chosen city and project, message and consent. The JavaScript form also sends the submission time and source page. A submission without JavaScript includes the form fields and a configured page URL.

Do not include identity documents, bank details, passwords or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.

How your enquiry is delivered

Forms transmit information over HTTPS to FormSubmit for delivery to sky7propertiesofficial@gmail.com. FormSubmit and email providers process information under their own policies and may process it outside your country. The business inbox must be activated with FormSubmit before delivery can be relied on.

An accepted submission is not proof of inbox receipt. If submission fails, the form keeps your values on the current page and offers WhatsApp and email alternatives. The website does not install a browser-local lead database. Reloading or closing the page may discard unsent details.

Why we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss relevant projects and arrange follow-up or site visits you request. Enquiry consent does not authorise unrelated marketing. We will ask separately before adding you to promotional communications.

Sharing and access

Your enquiry may be processed by the form service, email providers and the people handling your request. We do not sell enquiry information. We will ask before passing your contact details to a developer for a separate sales follow-up. Information may also be disclosed when required by an applicable legal obligation.

Retention and security

Enquiries may remain in our business email and the processor’s systems for handling the request and related records. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been published. Contact us to ask about a record or request deletion; applicable record-keeping obligations and processor policies may affect what can be removed.

HTTPS protects information in transit to the form endpoint. No internet service can promise absolute security. Avoid sharing documents or financial details through this public form.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form, leave optional fields blank, or contact us directly. Email us to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from further enquiry contact. Tell us enough to locate your enquiry, without sending identity documents unless a suitable verification process is agreed.

No advertising pixels or cookie-based marketing tools are installed in the website code. The live hosting platform injects Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page usage and loading performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and does not track individuals across its customers’ websites. Hosting security features and external services may process technical information under their own policies.

WhatsApp, phone, email, developer sources, Google Maps and virtual-tour links open external services when selected. On pages offering a developer film, the YouTube privacy-enhanced player loads only after you choose to watch. Those services may use cookies or other storage under their policies.
